Answers To Common Questions
I serve the entire Greater Toronto Area — Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill and surrounding communities. If you are nearby but not listed, just ask.
Use the Get a Quote form on this site, call, or send an email. Describe the job (photos help a lot) and I will get back to you, usually within one business day, with a clear quote or a few questions.
Yes. Quotes are free and no-obligation. For larger projects I may arrange a quick visit to see the scope before giving a final price.
No — small jobs are the heart of handyman work. Hanging a shelf, fixing a door, sealing a tub: if it is on your to-do list, it is worth doing properly.
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Sundays are available by appointment for urgent jobs.
Either way works. I can pick up everything needed and bill materials transparently with receipts, or work with materials you already have.
Depending on the job, I quote a fixed price or an hourly rate — always agreed clearly before the work begins, so there are no surprises.
I stand behind my workmanship. If something I fixed or installed is not right, contact me and I will come back and make it right.
Yes. I serve both homeowners and businesses throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Even a small repair makes a real difference to the comfort, appearance and safety of a home or a business, so every job gets the same level of care and professionalism.
Yes, and it is usually the most efficient way to work. Send your whole list when you request a quote — I will price it together and work through as much as the visit allows, so you are not booking a separate appointment for every little thing.
Always. Your home is treated with care and the work area is left clean when I am done. Packaging, offcuts and the mess from the job leave with me.
Yes. I take the time to look at the job, explain the available options and give an honest recommendation — including telling you when something can safely wait or when a simpler fix will do the same job.
Yes. Alongside small repairs I take on bigger home improvement work. Multi-day projects are planned and scheduled up front, the scope is agreed clearly before starting, and you get progress updates from start to finish.
Not much at all. Clear access to the work area is the main thing. A few photos with your quote request help me price accurately, and if you have already bought your own materials or fittings, just have them on hand — otherwise supplying them is covered in your quote.
